Digital Fine Art

Digital Painting is a new and emerging medium which uses computer modeled brushes to emulate artistic media such as watercolor, pastels, oil and acrylic paints. Similar to traditional painting, digital painting uses brush strokes hand applied by means of a digital paintbrush stylus, such as the one shown below. After the painting is complete, the images are transferred to fine art canvas or paper using a large format gicleé fine art printer.
